My typical price guide: Minimum Service Fee: There is a minimum service fee of $50 to cover travel and setup. Flat Rate per Item: I offer flat-rate fees for straightforward installations, particularly for items requiring standard mounting: - Small Pictures and Art (under 20 lbs): $10 to $30 each, especially for basic drywall. - Medium Items or Shelves (20-50 lbs): $30 to $75 each. Shelves requiring level alignment or wall anchors may be on the higher end. - Large Mirrors or Heavy Art (50+ lbs): $75 to $150 each, as these often require additional support and possibly a second helper. Additional Fees: - Complex Wall Types: For concrete, brick, or tile, add $25 to $50 per item to cover the need for specialty tools. - Multiple Items Discount: A discount (10-20%) may be available if multiple items are mounted in the same visit.
